ITMS is the UOW unit which provides assistance to the campus community on all aspects of information technology and computing needs.
The IT Services homepage provides links to all the information you should require to manage your IT needs, including:
• your student email account and SOLS
• printing and photocopying in the computer lab
• software and technical issues using the lab
If you need urgent IT assistance then you should call the ITMS Service Centre Student Hotline on 4239 2000 ( there is a phone in the computer lab). The Centre staff can generally solve technical issues over the phone- they are the experts so don't be afraid to call them if you have any issues. You can also email the Centre for assistance.
For assistance during a video conference (VC), contact the AV services hotline on 4221 3002. AV services are on call during all scheduled VC classes.
Remember to check your SOLS and UOWmail accounts regularly as you will receive important information from UOW staff regularly through these modes.
